Built-in Smoke Filtration: Features a built-in soldering smoke filtering system (HEPA + activated carbon) that removes dust, PM2.5, odors, and chemical contamination. No traditional smoke tube is required, making it ideal for offices and windowless laboratories.
Hot-air Convection Heating: Adopts a full convection design with a high-performance aluminum alloy heating plate and nichrome wire instead of traditional heating pipes. This ensures uniform heating and keeps the transverse temperature difference under ±0.2℃to prevent local overheating or cold soldering.
Product Introduction
NeoDen IN6C is a light and compact desktop reflow oven using new technology of dynamic warming-up control system to ensure stable temperature. It is primarily applied to PCB prototyping, R&D labs, and small-batch automated SMT production lines. Designed with 6 zones (upper 3 / down 3), the entire heating chamber is made of all-aluminium alloy material to realize full convection hot-air circulation. This full convection soldering method makes sure the components (including most normal components, LED, and kinds of IC) are heated evenly.
With its original built-in soldering smoke filtering system, users can choose not to connect a traditional smoke tube. Meanwhile, it features a track transmission way, which is suitable for double-sided boards and setting up an automatic SMT line to meet specific inline configuration requirements.

1. Built-in Smoke Filter System Structure
To solve the exhaust difficulties in enclosed R&D environments, standardized filter cartridges are integrated at the front and back sides of the IN6C to filter contaminants:
- Front Side (HEPA Filter): Built with H12 HEPA material, its primary function is to remove PM2.5, dust, and particulate matter carried by the heat convection. It features a Cumulative Purification Volume of 12000 mg.
- Back Side (Activated Carbon Filter): Made of coconut shell activated carbon material, its main function is to remove formaldehyde, odor, and chemical contamination. Its Cumulative Purification Volume is 15000 mg.
- Maintenance & Longevity: Both filter cartridges have an operational longevity of 8-12 months (CCM P4 grade). They can be pulled straight out from the housing slot for easy, modular replacement.
2. Heating Performance & Thermal Profile Stability
Equipped with a smart control system and high-sensitivity temperature sensor, the temperature can be stabilized within ± 0.2 ℃. The full convection thermal distribution ensures that the transverse PCB temperature distribution deviation is held within ± 1℃. This uniform heating profile perfectly meets the soldering requirements of both leaded and lead-free solder pastes without causing thermal board warping.
3. Real-time Thermal Graph Display & Data Management
The machine features an intuitive HMI touch screen control panel where the PCB soldering temperature curve can be displayed based on real-time measurement. Up to 16 working files can be stored in the internal system memory, allowing operators to switch recipes quickly based on component thermal limits or PCB thicknesses. It also allows users to freely switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit units.
4. Operational Safety & Auxiliary Protection
- Low Surface Casing Temperature: Thanks to the heat insulation protection design, the external casing temperature can be controlled within 40 ℃ during high-temperature execution, preventing operators from getting burned during high-frequency tasks.
- ESD Collection Tray: An anti-static ESD tray comes standard at the conveyor exit, making it easy and safe to collect PCBs after soldering, which is highly convenient for R&D, prototypes, and preventing static damage to sensitive components.

A: Yes. NeoDen IN6C utilizes a precise track transmission way rather than a wide mesh belt. The rail-track mechanism only clamps the two parallel edges of the PCB, preventing components mounted on the bottom side from contacting a belt and falling off or shifting during the secondary reflow stage. This makes it ideal for double-sided boards and automatic SMT line integration.
Q2. How long does the machine take to reach operational working temperature from a cold start?
A: In normal laboratory or office workshop conditions, the heat-up time from a cold start to a stabilized thermal state takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
