High-Volume & Long-LED Assembly Lines:

• NeoDen N10P: Engineered for high efficiency with 8 synchronized heads and a massive 20,000 CPH max speed. It natively supports high-density batch production.

• NeoDen YY1: Features an integrated 3-slot automatic nozzle changer on a patent-protected linear rail module, minimizing manual intervention for entry-level tasks.
• NeoDen N10P: Implements an advanced 39-position automatic nozzle changer with auto-height calibration. This drastically boosts throughput for complex boards requiring distinct vacuum nozzle profiles.

Allowing mixed usage of electric and pneumatic units on the same base. It natively handles heavy oversized panels up to 450x1500mm via extension conveyor.
