Features of NeoDen4 SMT Machine
NeoDen4 Pick and place machine kit comes in two basic versions.
The base model uses magnetic fixtures to hold the PCB in place, and the rail version features an automatic feed system that will advance a board to the proper position and eject the assembled PCB back to the user or out of the back of the machine straight into the reflow oven.
The single head holds four independently-controllable nozzles. Eight different nozzle types are available, and can be combined in any combination to suit your BOM.
Each nozzle has 12mm of travel in the Z axis (for a maximum component height of 5mm) with 360 degrees of rotation.
And each nozzle is precisely aligned in relation to a high resolution CCD camera, so you can identify both pick and place coordinates for all nozzles with a single image.
The nozzles are not cheap molded plastic, but are precision machined in the Neoden factory from a proprietary design and powered by four independent internal vacuum pumps.
