SMT
Short for Surface Mount Technology. Surface Mount Technology is a circuit assembly Technology that uses a SMT machine to install a pin less or short lead Surface assembly component on the Surface of a printed circuit board or other substrate, and then welds and assembles it by reflow oven or immersion welding. SMT is a broad term that covers multiple production processes, including solder paste printing, SMT machine SMT, reflow welding, SMT AOI machine testing, and more.
PCB
Short for Printed Circuit Board. PCB refers to the light board that has not been attached with all kinds of electronic components, which can also be called electronic materials. It is the carrier of all electronic components, so the PCB is the board for printing electronic circuits, responsible for the communication of electronic components. PCBS that have printed electronic circuits but have not yet assembled electronic components are generally referred to as light or bare boards.
PCBA
Short of Printed Cicrcuit Board Assembly. The difference between a PCB and a PCBA is that PCBA = PCB + Assembly, that is, a board without electronic components is called a PCB, while a board with electronic components is called a PCBA.
DIP
Short for Dual In-line Package. DIP refers to the integrated circuit chip packaged in the form of dual in-line, DIP packaged chips should be carefully inserted and removed from the chip socket, so as not to damage the pin. DIP generally has automatic insert machine, also has manual plug-in.
