The electrostatic protection in the process of SMT machine production line processing is a systematic project. SMT processing plant should first establish and check the foundation of anti-static engineering, such as ground wire and floor MATS and the whole, the environment of anti-static engineering. Because once the SMT machine, reflow oven, SMT AOI machine and other equipment enter the workshop, if it is found that the environment does not meet the requirements and it is rectified, it will bring great trouble.
Based engineering built after SMT processing production line, if long-term products dedicated facilities, should be based on long-term products demand of anti-static anti-static equipment, if many kinds of products, should according to the requirements of the highest rank anti-static anti-static equipment configuration.
In the anti-static area of the production line in the anti-static work area, direct use of wood floor or laying wool, hemp, chemical fiber floor and common floor leather is prohibited. The floor composed of electrostatic conductor materials should be selected, such as anti-static movable floor or anti-static mat on the common ground, and effective grounding.
Anti-static area of the ceiling material should be selected anti-static products, generally allowed to use gypsum board products, the use of ordinary plastic products are prohibited. Wall fabric should use antistatic wall paper, generally allow to use gesso coating or lime coating metope, prohibit to use common wall paper and plastic wall paper.
