Machine vision can automatically find the coordinates of these marking center systems, establish the transformation relationship between the system coordinate system of the mounting machine and the PCB and mount component coordinate system, and calculate the precise coordinate system of the mounting machine movement. The mount head captures the sucker and absorbs the component based on input parameters such as the package type and component number of the mount element. The static lens detects, identifies and matches the absorbing elements according to the visual processing program; After the alignment is complete, the mounting head installs the component to a predetermined location on the PCB.
