I. Reflow soldering machine maintenance content
Reflow soldering maintenance: wipe the surface of the machine with a soft cloth.
Reflow soldering track maintenance: visually check whether the chain is shaking and deformation.
Reflow fan maintenance: use vacuum cleaner to clean the dust on the air outlet of the machine case.
Reflow screw maintenance: Check the width adjustment screw for debris and clean it up.
Clean reflow sensor: Wipe off the dust on the sensor before and after the oven with a soft cloth.
Reflow soldering conveyor belt maintenance: Add high-temperature oil to the conveyor chain with an oil dripper, adding 1/2~2/3 of the volume of the oil bottle in each chain.
Abnormal sound in reflow soldering operation: Listen to any abnormal sound when the chain is rotating normally.
Maintenance of machine surface screws: Visually check for looseness or dislodgement and promptly notify the technician.
Reflow oven under the ground: visual inspection of the furnace under the reflow ground, if there are foreign objects in time to clean up.
II. Reflow soldering maintenance methods
Before the inspection, stop reflow furnace, the temperature down to room temperature (20 ~ 30 ℃).
1. Clean the exhaust pipe: clean the oil in the exhaust pipe with a clean cloth.
2. Clean dust and dirt from drive sprocket:Clean dust and dirt from drive sprocket with cleaning cloth and alcohol, then add lubricant again. Clean the inlet and outlet of the furnace. Check the furnace inlet and outlet for oil and dirt, and wipe them clean with a rag.
3. Vacuum cleaner to suck up flux and other dirt from the furnace.
4. Dip the rag or dust paper into the furnace cleaner and wipe clean the dust, such as flux sucked by the vacuum cleaner.
5. Turn the furnace up switch to open, so that the furnace rises, and observe the furnace outlet and part of whether there is flux and other dirt, shovel to remove the spoils, and then remove the furnace ash.
6. Check the upper and lower blower hot air motor for dirt and foreign matter. If there is dirt and foreign matter, remove it, clean the dirt with CP-02, and remove rust with WD-40.
7. Check the conveyor chain:Check whether the chain is deformed, matched with the gears, and whether the hole between the chain and the chain is blocked by foreign matter. If it is, clear it with iron brush.
8. Check the intake and exhaust box and the filter in the exhaust box;
1) Remove the rear sealing plate of the intake and exhaust box and take out the filter screen.
2) Put the filter into the cleaning solution and clean it with a steel brush.
3) After the solvent on the surface of the cleaned filter evaporates, insert the filter into the exhaust box and install the exhaust sealing plate.
9. Regularly check the lubrication of the machine;
1) Lubricate each bearing of the head and the width-adjusting chain.
2) Lubricate the synchronous chain, tensioning wheel and bearings.
3) Use bearings to lubricate the head conveyor chain when it passes through the wheel.
4) Lubricate the oil, head screw and drive square shaft.
