Reflow oven is mainly composed of four major parts: transfer system, control system, heating system and cooling system. 1. Transmission system:
Transmission system mainly has two types of mesh belt and chain type. Among them, the mesh belt transfer can be arbitrarily placed on the printed board, suitable for single-sided welding, which overcomes the defects of the printed board may be caused by heat depression, but the use of double-sided welding and equipment wiring has limitations; chain transfer is placed on the PCB stainless steel chain with a long pin for transmission, the width of the chain can be adjusted to adapt to the requirements of different printing board width, but for wide or ultra-thin printed board by heat After the heat may cause depression.
2. Control system:
The control system is the pivot of the reflow soldering machine, its mode of operation, flexibility and features have a direct impact on the use of equipment, advanced reflow soldering equipment has all adopted the computer or PLC control method, the use of computer-rich hardware and software resources greatly enriched and improved the reflow soldering equipment functions, effectively ensuring the improvement of production management quality.
3. Heating system:
heating system of each temperature zone are used to force independent circulation, independent control, up and down heating mode, so that the furnace cavity temperature is accurate, uniform and large heat capacity, in which the temperature controller through PID control to maintain the temperature in the set value, the temperature sensor using thermocouples to measure the temperature of the airflow.
4. Cooling system:
Cooling system mainly has two kinds of heat exchanger cooling and fan cooling. PCB after reflow soldering, must be immediately cooled to get a good soldering effect. In the cooling system due to flux easily condensed, must be regularly checked and clean flux filter on the flux, otherwise the decline in the efficiency of the thermal cycle will reduce the efficiency of the cooling system, so that the cooling becomes poor, resulting in a decline in the quality of the product soldering.
