Pick and Place Machine for Surface Mounting- NeoDen4 SMT machine
Surface Mounting Technology equipment NeoDen4 (with conveyor version) for printed circuit board assembly, NeoDen4 is a good helper in SMT industry, a totally different model compared with NeoDen previous TM220A/ TM240A/ TM245P models.
Feature
NeoDen4 accuracy has improved to +/-0.01mm, which can support very small electronic components like 0201, 0402 or fine pitch BGA, QFN, IC (lead pitch no less than 0.5mm);
One gantry with 4 smt nozzle heads, no need to replace nozzle from time to time, different nozzle sizes could meet with the assembly work at one time.
SMT electronic feeders could be flexibly combined as different users' daily working, 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 24mm. Support IC tray customization.
SMT conveyor interface: support build up a whole smt pcb assembly line by conveyors.
