NeoDen SMT Buffer is an automatic conveyor system designed to temporarily store and manage PCBs between different SMT production stages. By absorbing speed variations between machines, it helps maintain smooth material flow, prevents congestion, and provides temporary staging for post-reflow cooling and production optimization.
The system supports FIFO (First-In-First-Out), LIFO (Last-In-First-Out), NG/OK sorting, and pass-through modes, making it suitable for a wide range of SMT production lines.
