On-line dual rails
Machines equipped with the auto-loading rail system can accommodate boards from to in width, and in length.
The rail system allows automatic feeding of PCBs, automatic alignment of the board with the camera, and automatic ejection from the front of the machine or the rear.
Four high precision nozzles
1. Any size nozzle can be installed in any of the four locations in the head.
2. The mounting head was designed in a suspended, fully symmetric and high degree of coupling way, more gentle and more efficient equipped with four high precision mounting heads, mount at the same time with 360 degrees rotation at -180 to 180.
48 8mm tape-and-reel feeders
The electric feeders are inexpensive but sophisticated microprocessor controlled units paired will tape peelers.
The NeoDen4 can accommodate up to 48 8mm tape-and-reel feeders on its left and right rails, and any size feeder (8, 12, 16 and 24mm) can be installed in any combination or order on the left and right sides of the machine.
The amount of space available for tray-fed components and short tapes depends on the available real estate on the table.
Vision system
The downward-looking camera:
On the head is used for precision location of feeders and PCB placement points.
The upward-looking camera:
The vision system computes the difference between the ideal and actual position (both X-Y and rotational), and then corrects for any error before precisely placing the component.

Function
Select corresponding nozzles (one or more than one all acceptable) according to the components and the nozzle have set on the machine, then the machine will automatic assign to each feeder in order to meet the requirements of single head work or multi heads working together. Also, have detect functions on this item.
Align
The nozzle will align to the component's upside on corresponding feeders when click this item.
Notes
1. The contents include all features of NeoDen4, some of which may not be equipped on your machine.
