I. Precautions
1. Equipment Inspection
Ensure that all parts of the SMT mounting machine can operate normally. Check the calibration of the machine to ensure positional accuracy.
2. PCB Inspection
Check that the PCB is clean, free of scratches or dirt, and that it meets specifications.
Ensure that the solder paste on the PCB is of good printing quality and the thickness of the solder paste is uniform.
3. Component Preparation
Ensure that all components are complete and that the model, specifications and location match the circuit design drawing.
Check the appearance of the components to make sure there is no damage or defect.
4. Program Setting
According to the production plan, check and set up the placement program, including the placement order and parameters of components.
Load the correct arrangement file to ensure that the machine can recognize the components correctly.
5. Air and power supply
6. Environmental conditions
Check the temperature and humidity of the working environment and keep it within the range suitable for placement to avoid the effect of moisture or thermal expansion and contraction of components.
7. Safety measures
Ensure the safety of the work area, including anti-static measures and personal protection.
II. When the SMT mounting machine sucks up the components need to determine two issues
1. Whether the center of the component is aligned with the center of the mounting head.
Because the suction nozzle when sucking components due to the location of components in the package and mounting head position there are errors, and can not guarantee that the suction nozzle sucked in the center of the components.
2. Whether the components meet the mounting requirements.
The components provided by the supplier does not guarantee full compliance with the assembly requirements, and components in the transportation, storage, loading and sucking process may cause accidental damage.
