1. The operator should pay attention to whether the gland of SMT Feeder is fastened when feeding, so as to avoid damaging SMT suction nozzle. Feeding to distinguish between tape and paper tape to avoid bad absorption.
2. Please pay attention to whether the hook is fastened when putting Feeder on the SMT machine. If there is shaking after fastening, it should be replaced immediately and then handed over to the repairman.
3. If you see any scattered Feeder parts in the Z axis of pick and place machine, you should inform the maintenance personnel immediately and start the machine after checking. If at high speed, check whether the inner cover can run in the opposite direction. If it can, replace it. If it is medium speed, it is necessary to check the beak to see if it is worn, and replace it if there is, so as not to cause unnecessary casting.
4. SMT machine Feeder in use must be fastened on the top cover and returned to the Feeder storage rack as required. Handling Feeder, when the distance is closer, it needs to be carried by hand, and when the distance is farther, it needs to be carried by car, but the overlap of Feeder shall not exceed 3, so as not to make it out of shape.
5. The defective Flyer shall be labeled with red and sent to the maintenance department to be dealt with by the maintenance personnel.
6. Feeder can not arbitrarily stick other labels, its cover after use can not be arbitrarily placed.
7. Placed on the Z axis of all the flying must be good, not floating or high.
8. Key note: any Feeder such as the lack of any parts are not allowed to use.
