2 high-precision placement heads with ±180° rotation could satisfy the need of wide range components.

NeoDen4

Installed with high speed industry CCD cameras, and work with our patented image distortion processing algorithms, enable cameras can recognize and align different components of four nozzles.

With the help of upper-camera and down looking camera, they will display the picking process with high definition image. Multiply efficiency while ensure accuracy.

NeoDen K1830

8 Synchronized Nozzles which ensure a repeatable placement accuracy with high speed Double mark cameras to reach at extreme end feeders for better calibration.
