I. Screen printing: its role is to solder paste or patch glue to the board of the solder pad, to prepare for the welding of components.
The equipment used is solder paste machine, which is located at the front end of SMT receiving belt production line.
II. Mount: its function is to mount the surface assembly components accurately on the fixed position of the circuit board.
The equipment used is pick and place machine, which is located behind the screen printing machine in the SMT feeding tape production line.
III. Reflow soldering: its role is to melt the solder paste, so that the surface assembly components and the circuit board firmly bonded together.
The equipment used is a reflow oven, located behind the SMT smacking machine in the feeder line.
IV. Cleaning: its role is to assemble the good circuit board above harmful to human body welding residues such as flux removal.
The equipment used is the SMT cleaning machine, the position can be not fixed, can be online, or not online.
V. Detection: its role is to assemble the good circuit board for welding quality and assembly quality detection.
The equipment used is magnifying glass, microscope, on-line tester (ICT), flying needle tester, automatic optical detection (AOI), X-ray detection system, function tester, etc. The location can be configured in the appropriate place of the production line according to the needs of testing.
VI. Repair: its role is to detect the failure of the circuit board for rework.
The tools used are soldering iron, repair workstation, etc. Configuration anywhere in the production line.
