SMT Machine Commissioning Process

SMT machine debugging process includes:

the organization of the debugging process, the interface between debugging processes, the choice of debugging methods and the preparation of debugging process teaching cards.

Commissioning operations follow the following general rules:

first adjust the components, after adjusting the machine. first inside and then outside.

first adjust the structural part, after adjusting the electrical part.

first adjust the power supply, after adjusting other circuits.

first adjust the static policy, after adjusting the dynamic policy.

first adjust the independent project, after adjusting the mutually affected projects.

first adjust the underlying policy, after adjusting the policy of greater impact on quality.

Specific steps are as follows:

1. SMT debugging personnel practice. Skill part should be combined with SMT product quality requirements, organization debugging, checking personnel to understand the operating principle of the whole machine, skill conditions and related policies, carefully read the debugging process teaching card, so that debugging personnel clear debugging content of this process, methods, steps, equipment conditions and precautions.

2. Preparation of technical documents. Before commissioning the product, the commissioning personnel should prepare the product skills manual, circuit schematic diagram, maintenance diagram and commissioning process teaching card and other skills documents.

3. Preparation of instruments and appearance. In accordance with the rules of the technical conditions, prepare all kinds of instruments and equipment required for the inspection. Requirements used instruments, appearance should be measured and within the validity period, in line with the rules of the technical documents, to meet the needs of the accuracy of the test planning, and placed as required.

4. The preparation of the object to be measured. Debugging, checking before, the unit sent to debug SMT chip circuit board, components, the whole machine should be strictly check whether there are processes omitted or signed incomplete, no inspection qualified chapter and so on. Before power on, should check the equipment of each power input has no short circuit phenomenon.

5. Preparation of the place. Commissioning place should be neat, clean, according to the requirements of placement, to avoid high frequency, high voltage, strong electromagnetic field disturbance. Debugging high-frequency circuits should be carried out in the shielded room; debugging of large machines of high-voltage part, should be laid around the debugging station in accordance with the rules of the floor or insulating rubber mat, hanging on the "high-voltage risk" warning sign, ready to discharge the rod.

6. Personal preparation. Debugging personnel should be prepared for duty in accordance with safety operating procedures, debugging with drawings, documents, things, spare parts, etc. should be placed in the appropriate position surface mount.
