Machines equipped with the auto-loading rail system can accommodate boards from to in width, and in length.
The rail system allows automatic feeding of PCBs, automatic alignment of the board with the camera, and automatic ejection from the front of the machine or the rear.
Four high precision nozzles
1. Any size nozzle can be installed in any of the four locations in the head, so a single machine can handle all of the necessary components without the need for nozzle changes.
2. The mounting head was designed in a suspended, fully symmetric and high degree of coupling way, ensure it can mount components with higher space, more gentle and more efficient equipped with four high precision mounting heads, mount at the same time with 360 degrees rotation at -180 to 180.
Vision system
The downward-looking camera:
On the head is used for precision location of feeders and PCB placement points.
The upward-looking camera:
The vision system computes the difference between the ideal and actual position (both X-Y and rotational), and then corrects for any error before precisely placing the component.

The mounting head is designed in a suspended,fully symmetric and high degree of coupling way, ensure it can mount components with higher space, more gentle and more efficient.
