Before production and processing, it is necessary to debug each equipment, especially SMT machine, and also need to test the first piece of patch, and then pave the way for the subsequent batch production, so the pre-production preparation of pick and place machine is very important.
Check the SMT machine before opening it
1) Check whether the power supply voltage is correctly connected to the device.
2) Check whether the air source is normal.
3) Check whether the equipment is properly grounded; Check the pneumatic system for leaks.
4) Check whether there is any sundries inside the machine and on the feeding device, and confirm whether the feeder is installed normally after the sundries are removed.
5) Check whether the inner diameter hole of SMT nozzle is blocked by impurities such as solder paste, and check whether the spring elasticity of the nozzle is good.
6) Check whether the front and rear covers of the machine are covered.
7) Confirm the indoor temperature and humidity.
Prenatal preparation
1) Turn on the main power switch to supply power to the device.
2) After the power starts, the system will be automatically initialized to check each module of the device.

5) Preheat: in order to improve the actual precision of the equipment, preheat for 10 minutes before mounting.
6) Download PCB file: Select the PCB file to be operated for loading.
7) Set the transmission track: adjust the width of the transmission track, set the PCB and fixing mode.
(8) Arrange the thimble: please arrange the thimble in the appropriate position to support the lower part of the substrate.
After everything is ready, the pilot production will begin. After the test is finished, it can be imported for batch processing.
