Main differences between NeoDen4 and NeoDen7
This new model is high Speed 6 Heads Pick and Place Machine which equipped with 6 flying cameras and 2 fixed cameras, the machines could take pictures of pickup components while moving, which saves a lot of time, so it moves in higher speed(13,000CPH to 4,000CPH), which is suitable for medium-mass production.
The NeoDen4 could handle 0201; the smallest component NeoDen7 could handle is 0402.
NeoDen4 supports 48 8mm electric feeders; NeoDen7 supports 64 8mm Yamaha pneumatic feeders.
No extra air compressor is required for NeoDen4, but an air compressor is necessary for NeoDen7.
NeoDen4 could support 48*8mm feeders as the maximum, but NeoDen7 could support 64*8mm as the maximum.
The NeoDen4 could handle 5mm high components, the NeoDen7 could do 10mm.
