Main differences between NeoDen4 and NeoDen7

1. SpeedThe NeoDen4 is equipped with a fixed camera, so the machine needs to take a picture for each component above it, which makes the speed relatively low about 4000CPH.

This new model is equipped with 6 flying cameras and 2 fixed cameras, the machines could take pictures of pickup components while moving, which saves a lot of time, so it moves at higher speed (13,000CPH to 14,000CPH), which is suitable for medium-mass production.

 

2.Smallest component

The NeoDen4 could handle 0201; the smallest component NeoDen7 could handle is 0402.

 

3. Feeder qty

NeoDen4 supports 48 8mm electric feeders; NeoDen7 supports 64 8mm Yamaha pneumatic feeders.

 

4. Air compressor

No extra air compressor is required for NeoDen4, but an air compressor is necessary for NeoDen7.

 

5. Feeder capacity

NeoDen4 could support 48*8mm feeders as the maximum, but NeoDen7 could support 64*8mm as the maximum.

 

6. Component height

The NeoDen4 could handle 5mm high components, the NeoDen7 could do 10mm.
