I. Edit the optimised product program on the SMT machine
1. Call up the optimised program.
2. Make Image images of PCB MarK and partial Mak.
3. Make Image of components that have not made Image and register them in the Image Library.
4. Register the components that have not been registered in the component library.
5. Reallocate multi-tube vibratory feeders with unreasonable discharges according to the length of the device body, try to arrange devices with relatively close device body lengths on the same shelf: and hold the material stations tighter, with as few free stations as possible in between, so that the journey to pick up the components can be shortened.
6. Change the program to Single Pickup single pickup method for multi-pin, narrow pitch devices with larger form factor, such as QFP with more than 160 pins, PLCC and BGA with large size, and long sockets, etc., so that the placement accuracy can be improved.
7. Save the disk to check if there is any error message, and modify the program according to the error message until there is no error message after saving the disk.
II. Proof check and backup placement program
1. According to the PCBA process file in the component list, proofread the program in each step of the component name, bit number, model specification is correct, to incorrect place according to the process file for correction.
2. Check whether the components on each feeder station of the mounting machine are consistent with the pick-up program table.
3. Check that the X and Y coordinates of the components at each step on the SMT machine are the same as the component centre on the PCB using the main camera, check that the corner Θ is correct against the component position schematic in the process documentation and correct any incorrectness. (If this step is not performed, corrections can be made after the first SMT placement in accordance with the actual placement deviation)
4. Copy the completely correct product program to a backup USB stick and save it.
5. Proofread and check for complete correctness before proceeding to production.
