Solder Paste Mixer Maintenance Precautions

1. Do not put the solder paste mixer in a humid, high-temperature place, to keep the surface of the machine clean.

2. Be careful when carrying the machine, the machine should be smooth and clean at work.

3. When loading solder paste cans, the staff should lock the latch to prevent the occurrence of outside.

4. Do not place too heavy things on the top cover of the machine to prevent the protection switch from being crushed.

5. to wait until the motor completely stop rotating before the tin paste cans can be taken out to prevent the operator from injury.

6. Sealed bearing, no need for frequent lubrication and maintenance.

7. Listen to the sound during the work of the machine, if there is a "rumble" sound, it proves that the solder paste bottle is not placed properly, or the weight of the jig is too much different from the weight of the solder paste, there is an imbalance, should immediately stop work to reinstall the solder paste bottle or replace the jig.

8. Do not open the cover of the machine during operation to prevent the solder paste bottle from being thrown out and injuring people.

9. Keep the machine clean after use.

10. No stopping if there is no special condition during the operation of the equipment.
