NeoDenUSA will demonstrate the capabilities and technology behind its affordable SMT production line equipment.
In a live demo, we will show the process of importing board layouts from CAD software, demonstrate the main configuration parameters and populate a full board using tape, tray and tube-fed components.
We will use parts as small as 0402, and place TQFP40 chips.
The demo will feature the Neoden 4’s 2-camera vision system and illustrate the flexibility that allows creation of tray and short-tape feeders on the fly. The demo will offer strategies to maximize placement accuracy and assembly speed.
We will encourage interactive Q&A.The demo would be assisted by a VGA connection to the main stage monitor.
