Test mode: Optimized detection technology covering the whole circuit board. Jointed board and multiple marks, with Bad Mark function.
Image recognition: Automatically set the parameters (e.g. shift, polarity, short circuit, etc.) according to different inspection requirements.

Detection type
Component defects such as whether there is solder paste, offset, insufficient solder, excess solder, open circuit and contamination.

We have QC person stay on the production lines do to the inspection.
All products must have been inspected before delivery.
We do inline inspection and final inspection.

A. Environment temperature and humidity: 10～35℃,35～80％ RH.
Q2. Can this machine support SMT line connection?
A. Sorry, this is offline AOI. We suggest ND800 to build automatic SMT line.
Q3. How to tell the inspeciton result?
A. Machine will show NG/ PASS once the inspection finished.
