It features four heads-4 high-precision placement heads with ±180° rotation that adopts suspended, fully symmetric and a high degree of coupling way, to ensure it can mount components with higher space, more gentle and more accurate;

Equip 38 feeder slots-Patented Accurate and Dependable Tape reel Feeders, Ultra-smooth electronic actuation and tape advance greatly reduce the feeding deviation, the bracket of feeder will be used removable type, convenient for users to install and change the tape reel;

Adding flying vision-Four Precision up-looking CCD cameras will be more accurate for components correction&accuracy;

Auto rails Achieve Continuous Placement of 0.6m/1.2m/1.5m auto rails could be connected with universal conveyors to achieve continuous placement(With a conveyor port, One-Stop SMT production line can be set up, which is more time-saving and labor-saving);

Equip vibration feeders-Support pick components from Tube package, Pick 5 kinds of components in one time at most;

Developed Electronic all-in-one feeders-users can move from prototype into production on the same machine

Tricolor light will be equipped on the machine, a green light indicates machine working normally, a yellow light indicates machine may have some errors, red light indicates machine has some problems.
