What is the main reason for SMT Mounter throwing material

Reason 1: suction nozzle problem, suction nozzle deformation, blockage, damage, resulting in insufficient air pressure, air leakage, resulting in suction can not be up, take material is not correct, identification can not pass and throw material.
Countermeasures: clean and replace the suction nozzle;
Reason 2: identification system problems, poor vision, unclean vision or laser lens, debris interference recognition, improper selection of recognition light source and insufficient intensity and gray level, and the recognition system may be broken.
Countermeasures: clean and wipe the surface of the identification system, keep it clean and free of impurities, adjust the intensity and gray level of the light source, and replace the components of the identification system;
Reason 3: the position problem, the material taking is not in the center of the material, the height of the material is not correct (generally, it is 0.05mm downward pressure after encountering the parts), which causes the deviation, and the picking is not correct and has offset. When identifying, it does not conform to the corresponding data parameters and is discarded by the identification system as invalid material.
Countermeasures: adjust the position of reclaiming materials;
Cause 4: vacuum problem, insufficient air pressure, unsmooth vacuum pipe passage, blockage of vacuum channel by conducting material, or insufficient air pressure caused by vacuum leakage, or falling off on the way to paste.
Countermeasures: adjust the air pressure to the required pressure value of the equipment (such as 0.5 ~ ~ 0.6MPa – Yamaha Mounter) and clean it
Air pressure pipeline, repair of leakage gas path;
Cause 5: program problem, the component parameters in the edited program are not set correctly, and they are not consistent with the material size, brightness, and other parameters, resulting in identification failure and being discarded.
