Regular maintenance of SMT AOI can make the machine run more stably, reduce downtime, improve product quality and extend service life. The following to share AOI machine maintenance content.
Automatic optical AOI daily maintenance:
Clean the surface of AOI detector with rag;
Check whether the air pressure value is above 5bar, when it is below 5bar, notify relevant technicians for maintenance.
SMT AOI machine weekly maintenance:
Check and clean all sensors;
Clean the inside of AOI with dust-free cloth;
Check and clean the camera with a clean cloth, check whether the conveyor belt is damaged and the belt pulley is loose;
Test whether the functional control system is normal.
Monthly maintenance of AOI :
Clean all dust cover control box and cooling fan dust, wipe clean all cover oil;
Clean the air filter core, adjust the compressed air pressure to 5+0.1bar;
Check whether the connection of the axis of the moving part is loose. If so, tighten it.
Check belt tightness;
Check and calibrate the conveyor belt;
Clean AOI detector fan filter;
Clean X/Y axis guide rail and add a layer of maintenance oil.
AOI testing machine maintenance precautions:
When AOI cleaning and oiling must first turn off the machine power, in the maintenance, when the parts are found to be damaged should be immediately replaced, any parts dismantled must do the corresponding correction, after maintenance need to warm the machine for 20 minutes, different parts need to use different maintenance oil, need to do a good job of maintenance records.
