The following methods can be used for easy identification:
Oil flow observation
Take two cups, one of which need to be checked out of the air compressor oil, empty on the desktop, the other will be filled with lubricating oil measuring cup for leave desktop 30 to 40 cm tall and lean, let it flow slowly to the empty cup, to observe the flow situation, when good quality lubricant oil flow should be long and thin, uniform, continuous, if appear oil flow fast and slow, sometimes with large flow, then oil has deteriorated.
Hand twist
Twist the air compressor oil between the thumb and the index finger repeatedly grinding, if the hand feels lubricity, less abrasive, no friction, if you feel the sand between the fingers, such as greater friction, it shows that the compressor oil impurities, can not be used again, should be replaced with a new compressor oil.
Photo-induced
On a clear day, use a screwdriver to lift the air compressor oil at a 45-degree Angle to the horizontal. Compare with the sunlight, observe the oil drop condition, under the light, you can clearly see that the oil is good without dust, can continue to function, if the dust is too much, should be replaced empty.
Oil drop trace method
Take a piece of clean white filter paper, drop a few drops of oil on the filter paper, after the pressure oil leakage, if there is black powder on the surface, touch with the hand has a feeling of astringence, it indicates that there are a lot of impurities in the lubricating oil, good lubricating oil has no powder, feel dry and smooth with the hand, and show yellow traces.
