The track width adjustment lead screw is a critical component ensuring smooth PCB feeding and ejection.

  • Procedure: Position the placement head above the IC camera, then manually adjust the track width to its maximum value of 450mm. Use a microfiber cloth to remove dust from the lead screw. Apply grease using a brush.
