2. the pyrometer connected to the computer through the data cable, lightly press the "MODE" key on the pyrometer, so that the "Status" red light flashes slowly.
3. with the left mouse button in turn click the tester supporting application window "Connection change" and connection application" to clear the temperature data stored in the tester, to determine the "computer" window shows the thermometer power greater than 60%.
4. disconnect the pyrometer from the computer, before reflow oven, put the pyrometer into the thermal barrier, lightly press the "MODE" button, see the "Status" red light is flashing, quickly close the thermal barrier cover, and external PCB and thermal barrier cover together on the reflow oven stencil, so that the PCB and thermal barrier to keep at least ten centimeters and the thermal barrier to maintain a distance of at least ten centimeters.
5. After waiting for the PCB and thermal barrier to come out of the oven at the end of the reflow oven, quickly open the thermal barrier cover and lightly press the "MODE" key to make the "Status" red light resume slow flashing, at this time the oven temperature meter has stopped reading data and the oven temperature data has been stored in its memory. in the memory.
6. Download the temperature data from the pyrometer to the computer, analyze the reasonableness of the temperature curve, print if feasible, and adjust the furnace temperature in time if not.
1. First of all, check whether the battery power is sufficient, if it is less than 20%, it must be charged first, secondly, if the surface temperature of the instrument is higher than 45 ℃, please do not charge, try to charge at room temperature.
2. thermocouple probe is generally small, must be fixed in the test position with the specified high temperature solder or adhesive, otherwise heat loosening, deviating from the intended test point, causing test errors.
3. The thermal barrier can withstand temperature at 280℃ for 9 minutes at most, please be sure to exceed this range to ensure that the internal temperature of the instrument does not exceed 85℃.
4. Please observe whether the data indicator flashes every 5 seconds for a long time, if it flashes, please press and hold the "start" and "end" keys at the same time for about 5 seconds until the indicator flashes suddenly, then observe until there is no light flashing.
5. Be sure to cover the thermal barrier when you pass the oven, and hear the "click" sound as well.
6. Only one oven temperature tester can be connected to the computer at a time. You cannot connect multiple recorders to different USB ports on the computer at the same time and then choose one of them.
7. after a furnace again, wait for the thermal barrier to cool before using.
The oven temperature tester can monitor the temperature of the PCB board into the furnace, record the temperature changes in each temperature zone, the more accurate the monitoring data, the better the welding effect on the PCB board.
