This series of actions of component identification, alignment, detection and mounting are automatically completed by the command control system after the industrial computer obtains relevant data according to the corresponding command.
SMT machine is used to achieve high-speed, high-precision placement of components equipment, is the most critical and complex equipment in the whole SMT production. SMT machine is a kind of SMT equipment.

5. Only one operator is allowed to operate one machine during production.
6. During operation, make sure that all parts of the body, such as hands and heads, are out of the range of movement of the machine.
7. The machine must be properly grounded.
8. Do not use the machine in combustible gas or extremely dirty environment.
