Lighting and light source, the influence of the intensity of the light source is in use after a period of time will gradually reduce, because the intensity of the light source is proportional to the solid state camera transformation of grey value, and using the grey value, the greater the digital image and human vision the closer observation, therefore, with the strength of the light source is reduced, grey value also reduced accordingly, but grey value of the machine will not be reduced with the loss of the light source intensity. Only after regular calibration and detection, the gray value will be proportional to the intensity of the light source. The bulb needs to be replaced when the strength of the light source is weakened and the components cannot be identified.
Component library parameters are not set correctly. This is usually due to the inconsistent shape of the parts selected during material replacement. Identification parameters need to be rechecked and set. Check items including shape and size of components. The solution is for the visual system to "learn" the component shape once. The system will automatically generate a CAD - like comprehensive description. This method is quick and effective. In addition, if the incoming consistency is not good, the allowable error can be increased appropriately.
