The mounting components can be mounted on the SMT Feeder to provide components for rapid mounting of the SMT machine.
The following list of Feeder FAQ, for user reference.
1. Do not roll tape
It is mainly due to the slip of the unidirectional bearing inside the large roll pulley, which I think is a design defect. The three steel balls inside the pulley are easy to wear, and the new unidirectional bearing is not steel balls but steel columns.
2. Feeder Floating height
Lead to the material position deviation and alarm, serious will break SMT nozzle, so to keep the feeding platform clean.
3. Feeder does not feed
The small spring on the actuator falls off or breaks, and the gear gets stuck.
4. The feeding is not in place
There may be material residue inside the gland or insufficient gland pressure.
In the SMT production, pick and place machine stops running due to the failure of SMT feeder and other accessories, which will lead to great losses. Therefore, in the patch processing, as far as possible to ensure that the normal feeding.
