1. Wiring direction: From the welding surface, the alignment orientation of the components should be consistent with the schematic diagram as far as possible, and the wiring direction should be consistent with the wiring direction of the circuit diagram. Because it is usually necessary to test various parameters on the welding surface in the production process, this is convenient for inspection, debugging and maintenance in the production. (Note: under the premise of meeting the circuit performance and the requirements of the whole machine installation and panel layout)


2. The arrangement and distribution of each part should be reasonable and even, and the process requirements of neat, beautiful and rigorous structure should be ensured.


3. Resistors and diodes can be placed horizontally or vertically:

Flat: when the number of circuit components is not large, and the size of the circuit board under the situation, is generally used flat better; For resistors less than 1/4 w, the distance between two pads should be 4/10 "in general. For resistors less than 1/2 w, the distance between two pads should be 5/10" in general. Diode flat, 1N400X series rectifier tube, usually 3/10 inch; 1N540X series rectifier tubes, usually 4 to 5/10 inches.

Vertical put: when the number of circuit components, and the size of the circuit board is not big, generally used vertical put, vertical put the space between the two pads generally take 1 ~ 2/10 inch.


4. Potentiometer, IC seat placement principle

Potentiometer: it is used to adjust the output voltage in the voltage regulator. Therefore, the potentiometer should be designed to increase the output voltage when the regulator is clockwise and decrease the output voltage when the regulator is counterclockwise. In the adjustable constant current charger, the potentiometer is used to adjust the charging current. When the potentiometer is designed, the charging current will increase when it is adjusted clockwise. The placement bar of the potentiometer should meet the requirements of the whole machine structure installation and panel layout, so it should be placed on the edge of the board as far as possible, with the rotating handle facing outwards.

IC seat: in the design of printing plate drawing, when using IC seat, special attention must be paid to the correct orientation of the positioning slot on IC seat, and pay attention to the correctness of each IC pin. For example, the first foot can only be located at the lower right corner line or the upper left corner of IC seat, and it is close to the positioning slot (seen from the welding surface).


5. Layout of inlet and outlet terminals
(1) The related two lead ends should not be too far apart, generally about 2 ~ 3/10 inches is more appropriate.
(2) The incoming and outgoing lines should be concentrated on one or two sides as much as possible, and should not be too discrete.


6. When designing wiring diagram, it is necessary to pay attention to the arrangement of pins and the spacing of components pins should be reasonable.


7. On the premise of ensuring circuit performance requirements, the design should strive for reasonable wiring, less use of external crossover, and certain smooth.


8. When designing wiring diagram, go line as far as possible little turn, do one's best line is simple and clear.


9. The width and width of the wiring strip should be moderate and the distance between the two welding pads of the capacitor should be as close as possible to the distance between the lead pins of the capacitor.


10. The design should proceed in a certain sequential direction, such as from left to right and from top to bottom.
