1. Flexible IC tray, vibration feeder and short cut tapes
The flexible feeders are all magnetic and can be moved on the platform as you want.

The newly-designed stick feeder with its compact shape, is perfectly compatible with the tape feeder system.
It won't occupy any space of tape&reel feeder.
2. Dual vision system with built-in IC
Independent high-definition & high-speed dual vision recognition systems, as well as two cameras for real-time display the working status., the speed of processing components' photos becomes more efficient and accurate.
3. Vacuum detection and real-time display
Equipped with a vacuum detection function,can set standard vacuum detection values on placement head flexibly,all information can be displayed visually on the placement head.
4. Easy to do maintenance
The whole machine is highly integrated one-board design, easy maintenance and debugging.
Few boards and pumps on the side of machine, very clear and simple cables.
The side acrylic covers are fixed on the machine with magnetic, which can be easily removed.
There are 4 flexible screws can be loosened to lower the height of machine's frame for shipping.
