On-line dual rails

NeoDen4 is adopted our independent research and development on-line dual rails technology, it can not only reach the goal of continuous automatic feeding the boards during the mounting, but also set the feeding position at anywhere in order to reduce the mounting route.

Four high precision nozzles

The mounting head is designed in a suspended, fully symmetric and high degree of coupling way, ensure it can mount components with higher space, more gentle and more efficient. Surprisedly, we design and equip with four high precision nozzles. They can mount at the same time with 360 degrees rotation at -180 to 180.

Vision system

The NeoDen4 features a high-precision, two-camera vision system. The cameras are made by Micron Technology and are precisely aligned to the nozzles using the single unified configuration/operation  application that loads on power-on.

48 8mm tape-and-reel feeders

The NeoDen4 can accommodate up to 48 8mm tape-and-reel feeders on its left and right rails, and  any size feeder (8, 12, 16 and 24mm) can be installed in any combination or order on the left and  right sides of the machine. The electric feeders are inexpensive but sophisticated microprocessorcontrolled units paired will tape peelers.
