NeoDen independent research and development.
Automatic rails, universal aerial interface,
support connect to conventional converor directly.
Set the feeding position at anywhere
Four nozzles
Designed in a suspended,
fully symmetric and high degree of coupling way.
Mount at the same time with 360 degrees rotation at -180 to 180.
Any size nozzle can be installed in any of the four locations in the head.
Vision system
On the head is used for precision location of feeders and PCB placement points.
The vision system computes the difference between the ideal and actual position (both X-Y and rotational), and then corrects for any error before precisely placing the component.
48 8mm tape-and-reel feeders
Designed in a suspended, fully symmetric and high degree of coupling way.
Adopts new technique-feeding error corrections, which smooths the feeding and picking.
