The ability to prototype new designs in-house dramatically decreases the time needed to refine a design while reducing overall cost, especially with repeated board spins.

Eliminate the impact of offshore production lead times and landed cost increases by bringing these operations in-house.

Big Performance – Small Size

The ND10 gantry head with eight nozzles can pick from either front or rear feeder positions and, with optimized feeder arrangement all eight nozzles can be gang picked in a single feeder cycle.

Fourteen different nozzle options are available for a variety of packages, including 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206 tapes plus QFP, SSOP, QFN and BGA.

Feeders and Rails

The modular smart feeders can accommodate either electric or pneumatic types in various sizes from 8mm to 56mm.

Maximum PCB size is 800mm x 300mm with a minimum margin of 5mm。

PCB size can be increased to 1500mm x 300mm with accessory rail extensions.

The precision machined rails guide and support the PCB during the feed, pick-and-place and eject processes.

After loading the working file the rail width will automatically adjust according to program specifications.
