1. Check whether the feeder is normal before feeding, and whether the feeding tray is tight with the feeder;
2. Check whether there are sundries and loose materials on the feeder support platform of the SMT machine, handle with care when loading, and confirm whether the feeder is completely locked on the machine platform after loading;
3. Do not knock and move feeder in production, so as not to reverse the material with components;
4. Except for the feeding position specified on the initial station, it is strictly prohibited to install the feeder at other material stations to avoid mistakes;
5. Cleaning the material belt regularly to avoid the material belt piling on the ground, and cleaning the waste material belt into the waste box;
