5. Make reference marks and visual images of parts. When installed on a SMT machine, the PCB must be calibrated with reference to high mounting accuracy. Reference calibration is to calibrate the intermediate system by designing reference marks on the printed circuit board and the optical system of the laminator.
6. Try pasting fragments and adjust the program or redo the visual image based on the results. The SMT machine needs to do the test paste. The inspection method should be determined according to the configuration of each unit's test equipment. After checking the results, adjust the program or rework the visual image. If errors are found in the specification, direction or performance of parts, corrective procedures shall be performed in accordance with the process documentation.
7. Continuous installation and production shall be carried out according to the operation rules. In the process of installation, pay attention to whether the waste in the waste box is piled up too high, and clean up in time, so that the waste can not be higher than the notch, so as not to damage the installation head.
8. Inspection: the first piece will be sent to special inspection after passing the self-inspection, and be installed in batches after passing the special inspection.
