The ND10 has been engineered to achieve full production speeds with a simple configuration routine that's intuitive to use and delivers hassle-free fast time to production.
The precision self-adjusting rail and flying vision systems will ensure that PCB and part are perfectly aligned for exact placement and the highest production yield.
The modular smart feeders can accommodate either electric or pneumatic types in various sizes from 8mm to 56mm.
Maximum PCB size is 800mm x 300mm with a minimum margin of 5mm
PCB size can be increased to 1500mm x 300mm with accessory rail extensions.
The precision machined rails guide and support the PCB during the feed, pick-and-place and eject processes.
After loading the working file the rail width will automatically adjust according to program specifications.
