Normally, PCBA test is placed at the back of the processing process to detect the integrity of PCBA products. The test must be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations, so as to improve the accuracy of the test, so as to improve the quality of PCBA factory shipment.
PCBA test is mainly to test the function, power calibration, life, performance and other data of the product. So what equipment is needed for testing? At present, the main test fixtures used in PCBA production line are classified as follows:
1. ICT testing
This test is mainly aimed at PCB circuit boards and components, and its application range is relatively small, and the equipment is relatively expensive, which is often used only by high-end products. Its functions mainly include circuit on-off, voltage and current values, fluctuation curve, amplitude, noise, etc.
2. FCT test
After the production of PCBA is completed, it is necessary to burn the program of the product into the IC, and then conduct functional simulation test on the finished product. Then, this step is FCT test, which can discover the problems in hardware and software in time. And feedback to customers for software optimization and hardware problem improvement. This test is necessary for PCBA factories.
3. Fatigue test
As the name suggests, fatigue test is to test the durability of PCBA, to see how long the circuit board can withstand the use of failure. This test is generally the same batch sampling test. After high frequency and long time operation, the probability and proportion of failure are detected, and the number ratio of fatigue is determined by the parameter.
4. Aging test
The test is mainly to use the product with power on all the time, continuously work to a fixed time, and observe whether there is failure and failure. Strict product control is required to pass the aging test before mass production.
5. Limit condition test
This kind of test is not commonly used. The main application scope is in the military industry, off-road vehicles, special equipment and other products that will encounter harsh working conditions. The test contents include the limit values of temperature, humidity, drop, splash and vibration.
