Wave soldering machine is mainly used for traditional through hole plug-in printed circuit board electric assembly process, and surface assembly and through hole plug-in components mixed assembly process. Compared with reflow oven, which has become the mainstream technology of SMT, wave soldering is still a necessary welding technology at present and even for a long time in the future. The following is a simple arrangement of the wave soldering process:
1. Preparation before welding
Check PCB with welding and measure flux density.
2. The furnace
Open the exhaust fan and adjust the width of the conveyor belt.
3. Set welding parameters
Adjust preheating temperature, conveyor speed, soldering temperature and wave soldering height.
4. The first piece welding and inspection
For the first PCB board, only after passing the test can it be mass-produced.
5. Continuous welding production
6. Send to repair board inspection
Inspect PCB board appearance and internal condition
7. To turn it off
Turn off the heating power of the tin pot; Shut down flux spray system. Turn down the nozzle nut and soak it in an alcohol cup. Turn off the main power supply when the temperature falls below 150℃; Wipe the residual flux on the work table and clean the ground; Turn off the main power.
