What is the hot air reflow oven?
Reflow oven is carried out in this way by using heaters and fans to heat up the internal temperature continuously and then circulate. This type of reflow oven is characterized by laminar flow of hot air to transfer the heat required for welding. The advantage is that the heat energy is always kept in a certain temperature range when welding, there will be no sudden hot and cold, so that welding is easier, the success rate is higher.

Heater and fan are used to make the air inside the furnace heating and circulating continuously.
The overall structure of the hot air reflow oven is mainly divided into five main parts, namely, heating area, cooling area, gas circulation device in the furnace, exhaust emission device and PCB transfer. Hot air reflow oven body is divided into two sealed box body, the middle for the conveyor belt. The length of part of the furnace body mainly depends on the number of heating and cooling areas. Hot air reflow oven is carried out by the upper and lower heating system of each temperature zone in the reflow furnace.
