Frequency selection. The ultrasonic cleaning frequency is between ten kHz and 100kHz. When using water or water cleaning agent, the physical cleaning force caused by the hole effect is the best when it is low frequency. Generally, the high frequency of 15~30kHz is strong ultrasonic direction, which is suitable for fine object cleaning. Even a few hundred kHz of ultrasound. If the broadband frequency modulation cleaning, the effect is better.
Selection of cleaning fluid temperature. The most suitable cleaning temperature of water cleaning liquid is 40~60℃. The low cavitation effect of cleaning liquid temperature is poor, and the cleaning effect is also poor.
