2. Tin paste storage
Solder paste storage needs to be placed in the refrigerator for refrigeration, the temperature is best at 5℃-10℃, not lower than 0℃. At present, there are some solder paste storage cabinets on the market, which integrates refrigeration, thawing and mixing. The solder paste must be frozen and thawed at room temperature for more than 4 hours to use.
3. Test reflow oven temperature
The welding quality of PCBA plate is closely related to the setting of furnace temperature curve parameters in reflow welding. Generally speaking, the furnace temperature test needs to be carried out twice a day, and the minimum should be measured once a day, constantly improve the temperature curve, set the most suitable welding product temperature curve.
4. Control the workshop environment
SMT processing has certain requirements on environment, humidity and temperature. In order to ensure the quality of mounting, it is necessary to ensure that the workshop meets the requirements of the working environment.
