Introduction
NeoDen4 is a pick and place machine of components flexibility, PCB flexibility, and production flexibility.
It is equipped with dual CCD cameras, auto rails, auto electronic feeders and 4 placement heads, which could support mount 0201, BGA, QFN.
The without rail version pick and place machine with vision system could also be upgraded to with rail version if you preferred.

Features
It has a stable system and excellent performance.
Component range: from 0201 to TQFP240.
Max speed: 5000 cph; Max PCB size:310*1500mm, support long LED board as well.
It could equip with 48 feeders max(All in 8mm), and support 8mm/12mm/16mm/24mm feeders.
Other feeders:Vibration Feeders:5; IC Tray Capacity:45.
All feeders are electronics integrated feeders, no need an extra pump to work with it, which can save your time and cost.
Warranty: 2 years from us, during this period, if any part is needed to change and replace( not include nozzles), we will ship to you for free within 1 working day.
