Ways to test the inside temperature:

1. Attach the thermocouple temperature sensor to a waste board that is the same size PCB to observe reflow. Put the PCB into the machine's conveyor belt, use a multimeter (or computer) to get the temperature graph, and find out the actual temperature at each time point on the graph.

2. According to the result of comparison in the previous step, if it’s substantially similar with the standard curve or the self-adjusting curve, you can begin to do production, otherwise, set the temperature according to the temperature curve, and set the temperature by add or minus 5 degree in the corresponding controller that has large temperature difference, or adjust comprehensively in order to achieve the temperature that is suitable for production.

3. On the beginning of put the PCB or sudden change of PCB qty to reflow oven, the actual temperature will be different to the setup temperature. After a period of time, the speed becomes stable, the temperature difference will be reduced to within the normal temperature range) .
